- We've had some dear friends (some here, some back in Colorado) experience some unexpected tragedy. This has been bearing on our hearts as we interact with them and/or pray for them.
- Sarah's work has become very busy and difficult to manage at times. She is a trooper, though, and has come up with some great games and ways of bearing through the tough time.
- School has been unbelievably stressful lately. The end feels so far off, even as the sun shines and warms frigid New England...
But on the positive side...
+ We will be moving into the Mill Street House in a month and we are excited. The Mill Street House is an intentional community that is liturgical. That basically means we'll be living with another couple on our floor (sharing bathroom and kitchen) and having morning and evening prayers together (following the BCP). More news on this exciting gem to come...
+ I found out I was selected to be the TA for the Ed Min program director here at GCTS. I also will be doing an independent study with a great prof on "Human Development and Trinitarian Communion." That will be in the Fall and I am so excited about that.
+ We've been asked to be on a board at our church that works toward further social justice in the immediate ecclesial and global setting (called Boston Faith and Justice Network).
+ Both sets of parents (and one brother) will be visiting New England, and bringing summer with them. We are excited to see all of the aforementioned.

Re: your upcoming independent study, have you ever seen The Reciprocating Self: Human Development in Theological Perspective? It looks at the issue of human development from the standpoint of trinitarian theology. You might find it a helpful book if that's an area of study you're going into.
